How we help
Le Pont / Bridging will do everything it can to respond to particular needs, including food allergies.
Once a month – on Wednesdays – to supplement their food needs,
bags of groceries of non-perishables, and IGA gift cards for perishables, are loaded into the cars of our clients in our local IGA parking lot.
At our first meeting we will need proof of address and copies of birth certificates of children.

CLSC Vaudreuil CISSS
Offering a wide range of services from pre-natal care, child and adolescent services including youth mental health and school services, family services, referrals to other services, children with special needs and assessments. Also offers assessments and services for adult psychosocial issues, mental health services, addictions, and referrals to community organizations when needed. Offers homecare services to the elderly, assessments for placement and home services, nursing care, and end of life homecare.
Also offers occupational therapy, physiotherapy, early childhood care for intellectual and physically challenged children, and referrals to community resources for respite etc.
