Join Us for Le Pont Bridging’s Annual General Meeting

Le Pont Bridging warmly invites the community to attend our Annual General Meeting on February 25 at 7:00 p.m., held at the War Memorial Library (60 Elm Street, Hudson, Quebec).

This evening is an opportunity to connect, learn, and better understand how Le Pont Bridging works every day to support residents facing food insecurity in Hudson and surrounding communities.

At the AGM, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Meet our Board of Directors, the dedicated volunteers who guide our organization and ensure strong governance.
  • Review our 2025 fundraising results and see how community generosity directly translates into meaningful impact.
  • Discover our plans for 2026, including upcoming initiatives and priorities as we continue to respond both equitably and compassionately to food insecurity.

Whether you’re a longtime supporter or simply curious about what we do, this meeting is for you. Everyone is welcome.

Together, we can continue building a stronger, more caring community where no one is left behind.

Le Pont/Bridging Food Bank is honoured to receive a generous donation of $4,520 from the Hudson Porchfest organization following the Porchfest held in Hudson in September 2025.

Porchfest has a unique and admirable tradition: each year, the funds raised from Porchfest attendees and local businesses are split between two charitable causes. This year, we are proud to be one of the beneficiaries, alongside La Passerelle, a local local women’s shelter. That spirit of shared generosity speaks volumes about the values behind this remarkable event.

What makes this donation especially meaningful is that it was raised while delivering an extraordinary day of free, live music throughout our community. Porchfest proves that you can bring people together, celebrate local talent, and still make a very real difference for those who need support most.

Our heartfelt thanks go to Tim Walsh and Donna Stewart, Porchfest organizers, and to everyone who attended, donated, hosted a porch, or played a note. Your enthusiasm and generosity will have a direct impact on families in our community.
